Listerlo is an AI-powered marketing content generator that helps digital product sellers create Etsy listings, Pinterest content, image prompts, and SEO blog content. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free accounts receive 10 credits. Paid subscriptions receive credits monthly as per the selected plan. Credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it. Listerlo is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms based on content generated through our Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service is owned by you. Listerlo retains ownership of the platform, its technology, and all related intellectual property. You grant Listerlo a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Listerlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will rank on any platform or drive sales. In no event shall Listerlo be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
