1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us at support@listerlo.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

2. After 7 Days

After the 7-day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

4. Credits

Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits from a cancelled subscription are forfeited at the end of the billing period and are not eligible for refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email us at support@listerlo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
